Before You Start: The Two-Minute Fix
If a match is on and you just need to place a bet, do not troubleshoot now. Open the current login link in Chrome or Safari and log in with the same user ID and password. The browser panel shows the same balance, open bets and markets as the app, because they are the same account. Come back to this page afterwards.
If you have more time, find your problem in the sections below. Each one lists the fixes in the order most likely to work, so try them from the top and stop as soon as the app behaves.
Android Blocks the Install
Android blocks apps that do not come from the Play Store unless you allow it, one source at a time. Real-money betting apps are generally not listed on the Play Store in India, so you will meet this screen. How you respond to it matters.
"Install blocked" or "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps"
- Tap Settings on the warning itself. It takes you straight to the right switch.
- Turn on Allow from this source only for the app you downloaded with, usually Chrome or Files.
- Go back and tap Install.
- After installing, turn the switch off again. Leaving it on lets that browser install any file it downloads in future.
Google Play Protect warnings
Play Protect scans every app you install. Read what it actually says:
- "Unrecognised app" or "app not scanned before": Play Protect has simply not seen this app. If the APK came from a link we sent you in our own chat, you can choose to install anyway.
- "Harmful app blocked" or "this app may steal data": stop. Do not install it. Delete the file and message us for a fresh link. Never switch Play Protect off to get an app installed.
The same rule covers everything: heed the warning unless the APK came from us. Copies of betting apps shared in Telegram groups, comment sections and APK download sites are a common way to spread malware that reads OTPs and empties bank accounts.
"App not installed" or "package appears to be invalid"
- The download did not finish. Delete the file and download it again on a stable connection.
- An older copy signed differently is already on the phone. Uninstall the old app first, then install the new file.
- The phone is short of space. Free up some storage and try again.
The App Will Not Open, Freezes or Crashes
The app guide covers the basic restart, clear cache and reinstall routine. If you have tried those and the problem keeps coming back, look at these less obvious causes:
- The login link inside the app is out of date. Many betting apps are a wrapper around the panel's web address. When the panel moves domains, an older app version can open to a blank or white screen. You need an updated APK, so message us for the current one.
- Android System WebView is out of date. Apps like this use WebView to display pages. Update Android System WebView and Chrome from the Play Store, then restart the phone.
- The date and time are wrong. A phone set to the wrong time fails secure connections. Turn on automatic date and time.
- A VPN, private DNS or ad blocker is interfering. Switch it off and try again.
- A phone cleaner or "booster" app keeps killing the app in the background. Add the betting app to its exceptions list, or uninstall the cleaner.
- The phone itself is very low on memory. Close other apps, especially games and video apps, before a live match.
If it crashes at the same point every time, such as on opening the casino or a particular match, note what you tapped and send us a screen recording. That tells us whether the fault is in the app or on the panel.
The App Keeps Logging You Out
Being logged out repeatedly is annoying, and occasionally it is a warning sign. Go through these in order:
- Battery optimisation. Android closes apps it thinks are using too much power, and the session goes with them. Open Settings → Apps → the app → Battery, and choose Unrestricted or Don't optimise. On Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and Realme phones, also turn on Autostart for the app.
- Storage was cleared. Clearing the app's storage, as opposed to its cache, removes the saved session. You will have to log in again once, which is expected.
- You are logged in somewhere else. Some panels allow only one active session per ID. Logging in on a second phone or a browser can sign out the first one.
- The password was changed. If you did not change it, someone else may have. Message us right away so we can secure the ID and check the statement for recent activity.
If you are logged out and your password no longer works, do not keep retrying. Repeated failures can lock the account. The login help page covers locked accounts and password resets.
Update Prompts
An APK installed outside the Play Store does not update itself. When an update is needed, either the app tells you or we let you know.
- Get the new APK only from a link in our chat. An "update" pop-up that sends you to a different website is not from us.
- Install the new file over the old one. Your balance and bets are stored on the panel, not on your phone, so nothing is lost.
- If Android says the update conflicts with the installed app, uninstall the old version first, then install the new one.
- Do not put an update off during a busy season. Old versions are the most common cause of blank screens after a domain change.
Storage and Cache
Clear cache removes temporary files. It is safe and often fixes slow loading or images that will not show. Clear storage (sometimes called clear data) resets the app completely and logs you out. Use it only when clearing the cache has not helped.
Keep at least 1–2 GB of free space on the phone. When storage is almost full, Android starts closing apps without warning, and a live betting app is usually among the first.
Downloaded APK files stay in your Downloads folder after installing. Delete old ones so you do not later install an outdated copy by mistake.
iPhone: Why There Is No App Store App
Apple does not allow this kind of betting app in the Indian App Store, so there is no Reddybook Club app to download there. Any App Store listing that claims to be ours should be treated with suspicion. On iPhone, you use the panel through Safari and save it to your home screen, where it opens full-screen like an app.
If the home-screen version misbehaves:
- It opens to an old or dead page: the link has changed. Delete the icon, open the new link in Safari, and add it to the home screen again.
- It logs you out every time: check that Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies is off, and that you are not in a Private Browsing tab when you save it.
- It has stopped loading: go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data, remove the data for the panel's domain only, then log in again.
- Someone offers an iPhone "profile" or "enterprise app" to install: decline. Configuration profiles can give the sender control over your phone, and a betting panel never needs one.
Permissions a Betting App Should Never Need
An app for viewing markets and placing bets needs internet access, and perhaps notifications. That is all. If an app claiming to be a Reddybook app asks for any of the permissions below, deny it, uninstall the app and tell us where you got it.

You can check what an installed app has been given under Settings → Apps → the app → Permissions. Do it once after every install or update.
When to Give Up on the App and Use the Browser
The app is a convenience, not a requirement. Switch to Chrome or Safari when:
- a match is live and the app is misbehaving,
- your phone is short on storage or is an older model that struggles with apps,
- you cannot get an APK from a source you trust,
- your phone is shared with family, because a browser session is easier to log out of completely.
