Reddybook Club โ€” Our Service, Our Rules, and How We Handle Problems

What we do for your ID, what is in our hands and what is not, and what to do when something goes wrong.

What the Service Covers

Reddybook Club looks after Reddybook IDs. We do not run the exchange. The odds, the casino tables and the settlement of bets belong to the panel. Everything that sits between you and the panel is our job. In practice that means five things:

Opening IDs

We create the account, send your login details and stay with you until you have logged in. The steps are on the sign up page.

Working links

When the panel's address changes, we give you the current one. See the login guide for why links move.

Deposits

We provide payment details, confirm your payment against its reference number and credit your balance.

Withdrawals

We process withdrawal requests and send the money to a bank account or UPI ID in your name.

The fifth is the one people only think about when they need it: disputes. When a bet settles in a way you think is wrong, a payment does not arrive, or something on your account looks unfamiliar, we are the people you raise it with. Most of this page is about how that works, because it is what separates a service you can rely on from one you cannot.

How a Request Is Handled, From Message to Done

Every request, whether it is a deposit, a withdrawal, a password reset or a question about a bet, goes through the same four stages. Knowing them helps you send the right information the first time.

  1. You message us. Start with your user ID and what you need, in one line if you can: "ID rohitcd27, withdrawal of โ‚น2,000 requested on panel." Any screenshot or reference number goes in the same message.
  2. We confirm what we have understood. A person reads it and replies with what they are going to do. If something is missing, such as the UTR for a deposit, we ask for that one thing rather than starting over.
  3. We act and tell you. When it is done, you get a message saying so, with a reference where there is one. A credited deposit shows on your panel balance, and a withdrawal comes with the transfer reference.
  4. You confirm. We treat a request as finished when you say it is, not when we think it is. If the money has not reached your bank when it should have, say so in the same chat so the whole history stays in one place.

Keep your requests in one conversation and do not delete the chat. If anything is ever questioned later, that history is the record for both of us.

When You Think a Bet Settled Wrongly

Settlement disputes are the most stressful part of betting, and the ones where a calm process helps most. Here is what we do when you tell us a result looks wrong.

What we need from you

  • Your user ID and the match.
  • A screenshot of the bet from Open Bets or the account statement, showing the market, the odds or line, and the stake.
  • One sentence on why you think it is wrong. For example: "Session settled at 47 but the scorecard shows 49 after six overs."

What we do with it

First, we check the bet against the rules of that market. A surprising number of disputes end here, because the rule covered the situation all along: a session voided after overs were lost to rain, or a match odds bet settled on a super over. When that is the case, we show you the rule and explain it plainly, without making you feel foolish for asking.

If the rules support you, or the settlement simply does not match the official score, we raise it with the panel and give them your evidence. Panels do correct settlement errors, and when they do, the change shows on your statement. We will tell you what was decided and why, either way.

Do it soon

Raise a dispute as soon as you notice it, ideally the same day. Scorecards get revised, screenshots get lost, and an old query is harder for anyone to check.

What We Can Fix

  • Login problems, password resets and locked accounts
  • Out-of-date links
  • Deposits that have not shown on your balance
  • Withdrawals that have not arrived
  • Raising a disputed settlement with the panel, with your evidence
  • Pausing or closing your account
  • Changing the password and checking your statement if you think someone else has logged in

What We Cannot

  • Change odds, lines or prices. The market sets them.
  • Reverse a matched bet because the match turned. A matched bet stands.
  • Override a market's published rules, even when the outcome feels unfair.
  • Restore a bet you meant to place but did not, for example because the market was suspended.
  • Recover money paid to someone pretending to be us. We can help you report it, though. See our page on copycat names and numbers.

We would rather tell you up front what is outside our control than make promises we cannot keep. If an agent tells you they can "fix" a result or get a lost bet paid, be very careful. Nobody in the chain can do that honestly.

Voided Bets and Refunds

A voided bet is cancelled as if it had never been placed. The stake returns to your balance and the statement marks it as void. Bets are usually voided for one of these reasons:

  • The event could not produce a result, such as an abandoned match or a session that could no longer be completed.
  • The bet was matched at a price that was obviously wrong, for example because of a technical fault in the feed.
  • The bet was placed after the outcome was already known, which can happen during a delay in suspending the market.

If a bet disappears from your Open Bets, look in the statement before anything else. It will almost always be listed there as voided, with the stake returned. If it is not, send us the details.

Money deposited into your ID is used for betting. We do not refund losing bets, and we cannot reverse a deposit once the balance has been used. If you deposit by mistake, for example twice for the same amount, tell us before you place any bets and we will sort it out by sending the extra back to the account it came from.

Our House Rules

These apply to every ID we manage. They exist because each one prevents a type of problem we have seen.

  1. One person, one ID. Shared IDs end in arguments about whose bet was whose and whose money is in the balance.
  2. Payouts go only to the account holder. Withdrawals are sent to a bank account or UPI ID in the ID holder's name, never to a friend, relative or "business partner".
  3. Adults only. You must be 18 or older. If we have reason to think an ID is used by a minor, we close it and return any remaining balance to the account it came from.
  4. Pay only to details we give you. Deposit details can change. Use the ones from your current conversation with us, and confirm with us if you receive new details from anyone else.
  5. No abuse of the system. IDs used for deliberate exploitation of pricing errors, or linked to fraud, are closed.
  6. Your limits are respected. If you ask us to pause or close your account, we do it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Laws on online betting vary across India. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and several state laws apply. Check what applies where you live before you play.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy with how something was handled, not just with the result of a bet, tell us directly. Send a message that starts with the word "Complaint" and includes:

  • your user ID
  • what happened and when
  • what you expected to happen instead
  • any screenshots or reference numbers

Complaints are handled separately from routine requests and stay open until you tell us you are satisfied, or until we have explained clearly why we cannot do what you asked. Either way, you get a direct answer, not silence.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp for this, our contact page lists the other ways to reach us. To read about who we are, see About Reddybook Club. If you are new and still deciding, the online cricket ID guide explains how IDs and agents work in general, and the home page covers how the panel and its markets work.
